Sat Kriya in Kapi'olani Park

Yes, sometimes we dance. Sometimes we chant. We always meditate. Some classes are physically demanding while others are more mentally challenging. The reason we do Kundalini Yoga is because of the effects it has on our nervous system and endocrine system. We don't do it because it is cool. In fact, it's really weird!

Come be fun, be fierce be FREE!

Here is another beautiful opportunity to unwind and reset into a peaceful state of mind, body, and spirit. Saturdays at 9:30am same location as the Kundalini class. Kapiolani park under the tree to the right of the Aquarium, ocean side.

Bring a mat or towel and water.

Join us in re-booting your nervous and endocrine systems each week in the Kapiolani park with views of the ocean and Diamond Head. On the corner of Waikiki, this park features free and $0.50/hour parking, so it's affordable and easy to find!
