Yoga is the state of being united with all things. It is being whole in mind, body, and spirit. It is the recognition that all is truly one, not the intellectual understanding of it, but the realization of it, which sets us free.
I accompany gentle yoga, restorative yoga, slow flow yoga, and Kundalini Yoga. I teach Kundalini Yoga. Nothing has been more influential for me in my spiritual development and my reach for happiness.
